Cherry Tree Inn Bed and Breakfast

The client was a fan of previous paintings I’ve done using this limited palette of Holbein Watercolours. I confess I think it’s my favourite, I love muted colours.

I love doing commissions of places that are special to folks. I’ve done real life places and video game locales! My only requirement (which should surprise no one who knows me) is that the reference for the painting is not AI. Screenshots from movies, games, shows, or photographs of actual buildings are totally fine.

The other thing that is important to me is that my art is affordable! I price it at the minimum for the paper, paint and lettermail shipping, and then offer a pay-what-you-can on top of that.

Any money I make doing commissions is going to pay back my savings for my ebike that I bought earlier this year. With gas prices, and the world just… yanno waves vaguely I have been trying to go car-free as much as possible.
